Tyler ISD will offer Tuition Based Pre-K at Owens, Rice & Andy Woods elementary schools for the 18-19 school year. Enrollment opens to the public on Monday, February 12 & is first-come, first-served for available spots. Enrollment packets can be picked up at each campus.
