Parents, get ready to dive into your couch cushions and check your cars—it's time for our Coin War Fundraiser!

💰 The Rules of Engagement:
Every house has its own container in the hallway outside the tea room. Here's how to play to win:

RAID FOR POINTS! The goal is to fill your house’s jar with high-point currency.

Pennies and Paper Bills (ones, fives, tens, etc.) COUNT AS POSITIVE POINTS for the house they are dropped into. Example: Drop $5 in the Green House jar to add 500 points!

SABOTAGE FOR POWER! This is where the "war" comes in! Silver coins are the enemy. Silver Coins (Nickels, Dimes, Quarters) COUNT AS NEGATIVE POINTS for the house they are dropped into. Example: Drop a Quarter in the Red House jar, and 25 points are removed from their total. Use your silver to target the current leader!

🏆 The Ultimate Prize Package:
The house with the highest score at the end of the Coin War will earn the ultimate trifecta of rewards:

2025 Pictures with Santa Claus or Buddy the Elf will be Thursday, December 4th and Santa will be here on Friday, December 5th. Pictures are $5 each. Each student in the picture to receive a copy. You may provide additional copies for your own use at $5 each. Scan the QR codes in the flyer attached to sign up for pictures.

Dear Caldwell Families, Starting next week, the city will begin construction projects near the school that will affect our arrival and dismissal traffic flow starting next week (November 17th) and again after Thanksgiving Break (December 1st). Thank you for working with us as we navigate these temporary changes. We will work with the city to provide a map to you at the top of the next week reflecting the alternate routes. Phase 1: Starting Monday, November 17th •     Street Closures: Bois D'Arc Avenue: North of Woldert Street to Library parking will be closed •     Action o     Middle School dismissal must make a left-turn at Woldert going toward Bonner o     Walkers Parking Lot will go to parking lot at the corner of Elm to be picked up. (The parking lot right in front of the auditorium) Starting Monday, December 1st (After Thanksgiving Break) •     Street Closures: o Woldert: West of Bois D'Arc Avenue o     Elm Street: Broadway to College o     College Avenue: Elm Street to ~ Parking Garage •     Action o     Middle School Dismissal – Must exit north on Bois D'arc o     Elementary Dismissal – Must enter pick-up line from Elm Street (via Bonner), to Bois D'Arc, to Woldert, to College or from Front street.
