Our teachers brought the festive fun yesterday with our sELFie Search! They hunted around campus to find their sELFie and then stopped by the library to enjoy cookies and hot cocoa.

We loved seeing all the smiles and holiday spirit—here are some of our favorite moments from yesterday! 📸✨🍪☕

This Thursday!❤️🎄 If you did not prepay at the beginning of the year, you may send $5 cash per child to have their photo taken. Photos will be shared digitally before winter break.

Our kindergarten students had the best time exploring Plantation Pines Christmas Tree Farm! They learned how Christmas trees grow, enjoyed a fun tractor ride, and made wonderful memories with their classmates. Such a magical, chilly day kicking off the holiday season!

Our kindergarten students enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving feast today! They loved sharing a meal together and celebrating friendship. We are so proud of how sweet and grateful our little Owens Eagles are! 🦅

Shoutout to Pre-K for celebrating the 67th day of schooling style! Lots of joyful “6–7s!” were shouted down the hallway today. 🌟

Our second graders stepped outside for a nature walk to celebrate National Take a Hike Day — breathing fresh air, listening to birds, and exploring nearby trails. Midway through, we paused, found quiet spots, and took a few minutes to think and jot down what we’re thankful for. Taking a few quiet moments out of a busy day reminded us how powerful a simple walk and a moment of gratitude can be. Small steps, big hearts. 💚✨

Our fifth-grade students took part in a hands-on investigation exploring how the Sun’s apparent movement affects shadow direction and length. ☀️🔍 Science in action!

Our little explorers had the best day learning all about farm to table, discovering plants and animals, and investigating water and rocks up close!



We explored garden life, went on a fun forest trail scavenger hunt, and used all our senses to learn about the world around us. 🍃🐾🌱
