Happy National Testing Coordinator Appreciation Day to our incredible testing coordinator, Jennifer Monk! 🎉
From coordinating TSI, ACT, and SAT testing to leading the way through a full month of STAAR exams, Jennifer keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. And just when one testing season wraps up, another begins—today kicks off two weeks of national AP exams!
Her organization, dedication, and tireless work ensure our students have every opportunity to succeed. We are so grateful for all she does for Tyler Legacy! ❤️📚

Today, our Tyler Legacy seniors returned to where it all began—walking the halls of their former elementary schools for our annual Grad Walks. From big smiles to surprise reunions with favorite teachers, it was a day full of memories, pride, and a few happy tears.

Even more special? The younger students lining the halls, looking up to these soon-to-be graduates and beginning to imagine their own futures. A perfect reminder to begin with the end in mind—because one day, they’ll be making that same walk. 💫

Every single day, they show up with smiles, hard work, and a commitment to making sure our students are fed, cared for, and ready to learn. From early mornings to busy lunch periods, they keep things running smoothly and make a difference in the lives of our students.

We are so grateful for all you do! You truly are heroes in our school! 👏

Whether it’s a quick fist bump in the hallway or a high five to start the day, Mr. Sherman leads Tyler Legacy with heart, positivity, and a genuine love for our students and staff. His presence makes a difference every single day, and we are so lucky to have a leader who shows up, supports, and inspires.

This morning, he was given a Red Raider welcome when he arrived at school, complete with drumline, Southern Belle Drill team, Student Council, cheerleaders, staff, and students.
