They also are creating a “Highlight Me”’ presentation that include skills, passions, interests, etc. to assist in their future careers. Students chose between a sole proprietorship or partnership and then created a business plan, calculated costs and projected annual profit. The doctor is in! Students in Ms. Modesitt’s 7th grade Science class had a celebrity guest: Dr. Sanchez is a pathologist and he gave a lesson on cells. A pathologist is a doctor that looks at cells through a microscope and identifies cancerous cells and what not. So perfect for the unit they are covering! Our Huskies were glued to his every word! Go Huskies! 🧡
