The crowd also heard from Varsity Volleyball coach, Coach Winegeart about our Volleyball teams season so far. Volleyball will also play Mesquite tonight.
The crowd enjoyed performances from our Southern Belle Drill Team officers, Varsity Cheer, and drumline. Representatives from volleyball, Southern Belles, baseball, and football competed in a complete the lyrics challenge.
Join us tonight at Tyler Legacy for the volleyball games at 5:30 and 6:30 before heading to Rose Stadium for the football game kickoff.

Our Chick-Fil-A Leadership Academy had their kick off meeting for the year yesterday after school. Chick-fil-A Leader Academyβ’ is a national high school leadership program sponsored by Chick-fil-A Operators, focused on making impact through action. Students applied to be a part of the leadership academy this year and 30 students were accepted. The club spent the afternoon meeting one another, learning and talking about leadership and goals for the year, and putting together book bags for the Million Book Giveaway! The club packed over 600 books to be delivered to Andy Woods Elementary School, free little libraries around the city, The Fostering Collective, and for the upcoming Tyler Legacy Trunk or Treat. We are so excited to see the impact this club has on our school and community this year.
