Yesterday 20 Legacy Choir students traveled to Whitehouse HS to compete in the Solo and Ensemble Contest. We came back with 12 Superior ratings and 12 events (11 solos, 1 ensemble) that qualified for the Texas State Solo and Ensemble Contest that will be held Memorial Day weekend in the Austin area.

Jack's Joy Week is right around the corner! Tyler Legacy is partnering with the Miracle League of Tyler to raise funds for a miracle baseball field at Faulkner Park in honor of Jack Bryans. Join us for a week of fun February 12-16. This will be a week filled with dress up days, dodgeball tournament, powderpuff football, singing telegrams, candy grams, and so much more!
We will be kicking off Joy Week with a dodgeball tournament. Start drafting your 8 person team now! The winner of the tournament will face off against the teachers Wednesday, Feb. 14 during 5th period.

It’s fun to send our Seniors off having never lost a district championship”

Please mark your calendars for a mandatory pre try-out meeting on Thursday, February 8 at 6:30 in the Tyler Legacy lecture hall. A parent and the candidate must attend this meeting in order to try-out.
Tryout week will be March 4-8. More details will be given at the meeting on Feb. 8.
