Let's come together to support our community! Join us in collecting canned goods for the annual Tyler High v Legacy pantry raid! The grade level with the most cans collected will receive a pizza party and the school with the greatest collection will have the opportunity to rush the field ahead of the Tyler Lions September 10th game! 🐾 🥣🦁

A reminder for Griffin Dismissal Procedures! 🚗 Car pick up at 3:15 PM off 26th street driveway. 🚶‍♂️ Walkers dismissed after cars. 🚫 No walk ups allowed. Thank you for helping us maximize student safety!

First day of school reminders! 😊 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 Families are allowed to drop off students in the classroom between 7:30 and 7:50 am on Wednesday and Thursday! Regular schedule will resume Friday. 🚗 🚌 🚶‍♂️ Please notify your teacher on how your child will get home. ⏰ Dismissal will be 3:15 pm for cars and walkers will be dismissed after cars. We welcomed several visitors at Griffin this past week! Dr. James Cureton presented our data 📈 and gave us tips on how to better support our student growth, Ms. Lisa Williams shared the great opportunities that the Tyler ISD Foundation 🌹 has to offer our staff and students through grants, and members of the Tyler Master Gardener Association 🪴 , Ms. Belinda Kromer, Ms. Katy Barone, and Ms. Beth Guinn, met to discuss our upcoming gardening club! Our Griffin staff got to kick off the new year ahead at our annual Tyler ISD convocation celebration! We are excited to welcome our kids back to school on Wednesday, August 13! 🐾
