Pre-K students learned about Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s life in the library this week and how he wanted every person to show kindness to one another.β€οΈ









We caught some Cougars writing awesome sentences in Ms. Fry's 1st grade class this morning. Way to go, Cougars, for writing complete sentences and creating pictures that match! πΎ

Some of our 5th graders visited Moore Middle School yesterday to preview their STEM programs and accelerated courses. Our Cougars participated in multiple labs ranging from dry ice root beer to creating their own holograms. Mr. Ballard, the principal, shared the perks of being a Moore Mustang and what makes their campus special. π§ πͺπ

Did you know today is World Typing Day? π» Coding Club celebrated with a typing competition! The room was so intense and quiet you could hear a pin drop! π





Mrs. Mercer's 4th grade math students were working on collecting data to then turn into frequency tables, dot plots, and stem & leaf plots. π§ πͺ

The competition was fierce yesterday! We had 12 competitors left at the end of the day, but Ms. Paige was the ultimate champion with 16 bells! π
