🤠 It’s Rootin’ Tootin’ Tuesday, and we’re celebrating two of our Toy Story stars — Mrs. Becker and Mr. Cooks! 🌟 Mrs. Becker is a fierce advocate for her Pre-K Deaf Ed students and brings our community together through weekly ASL classes, while Mr. Cooks ensures students always have access to learning and keeps our campus smiling with his humor. It's time for the Clarkston Elementary School Read-A-Thon!
Our school Read-A-Thon begins on Monday February 16, 2026 and is sure to be a fun and exciting event.

We understand that your time is valuable. We also know that providing the best education for your child is important. That's why we are encouraging everyone to activate their student's Read-A-Thon account as soon as possible. The instructions are straightforward, making it quick and hassle-free, and it should take less than 5 minutes of your time.

Just in time for the big game this weekend, 4th grade turned learning into a championship experience—team huddles, goal-driven challenges, and celebratory shout-outs with every concept mastered! Our 4th grade team rocked this fun experience for our kids! 🏈🐾

🧊🎉 Frozen Victory for Our 3rd Graders! 🎉🧊 Tuesday, our amazing 3rd graders celebrated a Frozen Victory for their growth in i-Ready — and they earned every sip of those slushies! 🥤💙 These students have been working hard, showing perseverance, focus, and determination in both reading and math. Clarkston Elementary School has decided to hold a Read-A-Thon this year!
Read-A-Thons actually get your reader excited about reading and it gives friends and family the opportunity to encourage your child to read even more.

Our Read-A-Thon starts Monday February 16, 2026.

About one week before our Read-A-Thon starts we will send home instructions on how to activate your reader's personal page. This is where you will be able to view and record their progress.
