Congratulations to all our 5th graders for 7 SUPERB YEARS! ………………………...…………………………………………………………...... As an annual tradition, we will be hosting a 5th Grade Cook-Out on Wednesday, May 19, 2021!!! In order to make this event a huge success and lasting memory for our students, we’re asking parents (if able) to assist with goodies for the kids. These are just a few of the items that can be donated. Please remember all items must be prepackaged. Please select and return this form. Currently we have 55 Fifth grade students. Chips (individual Bags) _____ Fruit Tray _____ Cookies _____ Sodas (can) _____ Water (bottled) _____ Juices/Gatorade _____ Dessert ______ Ketchup_____ Mustard_____ Relish_____ Mayo_______ Other _________ CES Admin. will be providing hot dogs for this event!
