Birdwell students lit up the stage at Tyler High School for our annual Cinco de Mayo performance! From kindergarten to 5th grade, our students celebrated culture, music, and tradition with pride and joy. ¡Buen trabajo, estudiantes! We are so proud of each of you!

Our middle school students had an unforgettable experience visiting Baylor University last week! They explored the campus and challenged themselves on a ropes course—building confidence, teamwork, and lasting memories along the way!
Our amazing GT students wowed us at today’s GT Expo Fair in the Birdwell Library!
Students from 1st through 5th grade showcased their creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in a variety of impressive projects.
• Some designed and presented original planets complete with interviews
• Others built musical instruments from recyclable materials
• Many created their own board games
• Several planned a Texas getaway, complete with a budget, souvenir, and brochure
• And our 5th graders stepped into the shoes of architects, presenting blueprints and prototypes of their original buildings
We are so proud of the innovation and effort our students put into their work! Great job, GT scholars!

Our Pre-K students had a blast celebrating Día del Niño last week! They got creative and had so much fun making their own colorful piñatas. What a joyful way to honor childhood and culture!
Our 5th graders had a blast on their spring field trip to The Villages! From exploring nature to making memories with friends, it was a day full of learning, laughter, and adventure. What a fun way to wrap up the year!
