Outside of school, I enjoy watching movies, reading, travel, watch my son play baseball, and spending quality time with my family. "Hi! I’m Mrs. Torres, and I have 12 years of experience in education. Outside the classroom, I enjoy traveling, swimming, playing volleyball, and reading a good novel. "I am beginning my 17th year in education and am a proud Tyler native. My husband and I have been married for 18 years, and together we have five children. This year, I’m excited to switch gears from teaching dance to focusing on all things PE. And, of course, I’m a proud Texas Tech fan!"

Originally from Mexico, I have called Tyler home for nearly 11 years, and this will be my 13th year in education.
