We are hiring! AVID academic coaches/tutors. Application deadline september 9, 2022. job description: academic coaches/tutors facilitate tutorial sessions with small, collaborative groups of middle school students, under the supervision of the teacher. Questions? contact sarah.hancock@tylerisd.org or 903-262-1870. Tutorial days: tuesdays and thursdays up to 4 hours a day and 8 hours weekly. hours are flexible. tutorial sessions begin the week of september 26, 2022. qualifications: good communication skills, basic knowledge of 6th-8th grade subjects. reliable transportation. strength in MATH and SCIENCE preferred.
