​Tyler High School senior Symone Morris & parents

Tyler High School senior Symone Morris has committed to play volleyball at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College (NEO). Over her four-year career at Tyler High, Morris logged 1,013 kills, 195 blocks, 924 digs, and 111 aces.

Lady Lions volleyball coach, Lamessa Derrett, says she is proud of Symone and what she has accomplished while being at Tyler High School. “Symone blessed us with four years of hard work, dedication, sacrifice, and talent,” she said. “Her presence, leadership, and spirit will be greatly missed. She will be a great asset to NEO College.”

During a special signing ceremony, Morris thanked her family, teammates, and coaches for their support in helping her reach her goal of playing the sport she loves in college.
