Tyler ISD launches a new District app to keep parents, students, and the community informed of district news, happenings, and special alerts. The app is available for download through the Apple and Google Play app stores.
“Tyler ISD is thrilled to announce our new app for mobile phones,” Executive Director of Communications Jennifer Hines said. “Think of it as all things Tyler ISD in your pocket.”
The new Tyler ISD app provides quick access to important information from both the District and campuses, such as push notifications for inclement weather or other alert information, weekly cafeteria menus, GPS directions, calendar events, and more.
“Another cool feature the app offers is a live feed directly within the app that contains much of the same information posted on our social media accounts,” Hines said. “So anyone who is not on social media can still see the amazing things happening daily on our campuses and across the District.”
