School spirit is making a difference for Tyler Legacy High School and Tyler High School. Altra Federal Credit Union supported both campuses with check presentations totaling $1,900 through its High School Spirit Debit Card Giveback Program.
Tyler Legacy received $440, and Tyler High received $1,460. The donations reflect participation during the 2025–2026 school year and may be used for school programming at the discretion of each campus.
The program gives Altra members an opportunity to display their school pride by choosing a debit card featuring their high school’s logo. For each qualifying school spirit debit card selected during the annual giving period, Altra donates $5 to the corresponding school.
Through its partnership with Tyler Legacy and Tyler High, Altra offered card designs representing the Red Raiders and Lions. Each qualifying selection contributed to the schools’ donation totals, turning a personal expression of school pride into financial support for campus programs.
Tyler ISD thanks Altra Federal Credit Union for its partnership and commitment to supporting local schools. The district also thanks the members whose school spirit debit card selections helped generate these donations. Their participation demonstrates how a simple choice can contribute to opportunities for students at both high schools.
