Here are a few things to know and plan for in the upcoming weeks:
Pre-K and Head Start Registration – Pre-K (tuition-based and regular) and Head Start registration for the 2020-2021 school year begins Monday, April 27. Pre-K and Head Start children must be 4 years old on or before September 1, 2020. Tuition-based Pre-K will be available at Jack, Owens, Rice and Andy Woods elementary schools. Campus assignments for regular Pre-K and Head Start will be determined at a later date. 2020-2021 New and Returning Student Registration – The online registration period for new and existing families for the 2020-2021 school year begins Monday, May 4. Families must complete the online registration process for each student every year. Go to www.tylerisd.org/enroll for more information and to complete the registration process.
Curbside Meals and East Texas Food Bank Emergency Food Boxes – Curbside Meals and ETFB boxes are available at the following locations from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Pre-K instructional packets can also be picked up at the Curbside Meals locations.
