Congratulations to our District Elementary Teacher of Month, Kayla Whiddon, 5th grade science teacher at Owens Elementary School.

Beyond the classroom, Mrs. Whiddon is a respected leader on campus. She leads the 5th grade Student Lighthouse team, guiding students to become leaders through service and community involvement. As a team leader and mentor, she supports her colleagues with professionalism, positivity, and a collaborative spirit, making a lasting impact on her campus.
