Congratulations to our District Secondary Teacher of Month, Jennifer Constante, 8th grade teacher at Three Lakes Middle School.

Mrs. Constante brings history to life in her social studies classes.  She creates a magical and engaging learning environment for students through classroom transformations, costumes, real life applications and so much more.

In the past, she created a crime scene for the Boston Massacre, as well as a boxing ring for debates when teaching federalists vs. anti-federalists. It is a normal day for her to be dressed as George Washington or a simple pioneer woman when teaching from these different time periods. She engages her students with her theatrics while simultaneously implementing captivating lectures, as well as best research based instructional strategies through small group instruction.

Mrs. Constante serves on the Campus Instructional Leadership Team (department chair) for social studies.  She is passionate about each role and gives 100% to every task, every day.

“I have waited my entire life to be a teacher,” Mrs. Constante said. “Some days I still pinch myself to see if this is real life. I am thankful every day for the opportunity to work with our students and support them as they navigate life. I love our team and I am so proud to work alongside some of the best teachers I have ever met!”
