🎉🎉🎉Congratulations to Jonathan Martin for being accepted to University of Houston! Jonathan has been accepted to multiple schools, but he is excited about being accepted to his dream college. Andrew Johnson virtually presented some U of H swag today to Jonathan.

The Brigadettes welcomed pro dancer Mariah Martin for a hip hop class today. Ms. Martin has danced with the Dallas Cowboys Rhythm and Blue dancers and is currently dancing as a member of the Flight Crew dancers for the WNBA team the Dallas Wings. You can see her choreography in the Brigadettes upcoming spring show “All Out 90’s” this April 10th & 11th. We are celebrating our 90th anniversary.

🎶 Tyler High Choir Update 🎶 Today our Tyler High School Choir competed at UIL Solo & Ensemble, and we have some incredible news to celebrate. Out of 20 students who performed, 11 students are STATE QUALIFIERS. Friday, Tyler High Juniors were in attendance at the C4 Conference hosted by the City of Tyler. These students were able to listen and learn from business professionals from around the area about different careers and how to attend an interview with a great resume. They were treated by the mayor and city manager to a presentation during lunch. 🦁💙

On Friday, January 16th, Ms. Baldwin’s Foundation of Career Prep class had an incredible experience at the Chamber of Commerce Career Connections (C4) event!
Students rotated through four 40-minute interactive sessions focused on career pathways, essential skills, résumé building & mock interviews, digital detox, and financial literacy. They also engaged with local professionals through career pathway discussions, gaining real-world insight into career journeys, workplace expectations, and future opportunities.
This hands-on experience gave students real-world insight into careers, money management, and professional skills. Preparing these students for life beyond the classroom!
