STUDENT TRANSFERS 2024- 25 SCHOOL YEAR

·         Procedure for Initiating a Transfer Request

o    Transfer requests will be accepted until March 1, 2024 

o    All high school transfer requests need to be submitted to the Office of Constituent Services located at 807 W. Glenwood Blvd. Tyler, TX 75701

o    Transfer request forms must state specific reason(s) for the transfer in order to be considered.

o    Once completed, the transfer request form must be signed before turning it in to its designated location

o    A copy of the student’s grades, attendance record and discipline record should be included along with a photo ID from the parent/guardian & a current utility bill (gas, water, electric or lease agreement) with the completed transfer request.

o    Attendance and Grades can be obtained online via our Parent Self-Serve PSS Portal; Discipline records can be obtained from the school's campus.

o    Incomplete transfer requests will not be considered.

o    Transfer students are not eligible for district transportation to or from school.
