The Lobo Concession Stand is OPEN! 🥤🐺🍪 Our Lobo Concession Stand will be open today and again NEXT FRIDAY during all lunch periods! Students will have the opportunity to purchase additional snacks to enjoy with their lunch. We encourage parents to send funds with their students, if they choose so students can take part in the fun. The concession stand is a great way to keep our Little Lobos excited about being here at T.J. Last week’s STAAR Pep Rally with our 3rd–5th graders was absolutely amazing! This week, Ms. Brown’s 2nd grade class had an AMAZING hands-on learning experience as we welcomed visitors from The University of Texas at Tyler! Our Lobos were fully engaged as they explored exciting science experiments that brought learning to life right before their eyes! 🧪🪣 From observing scientific reactions to making predictions and asking thoughtful questions, our 2nd graders truly stepped into the role of young scientists. This experience allowed students to connect classroom learning to real-world applications, strengthening their critical thinking, problem-solving, and inquiry skills. Our Lobos were absolutely spellbound as they indulged in the icy, delicious treats of Kona Ice! Thanks to your supernatural speed and flawless coordination, we pulled off a true feat of wizardry—serving over 200 excited students and faculty members in just 80 minutes!
