Our National Junior Honor Society students gave up their Saturday morning to volunteer at the East Texas Food Bank. Together they packaged 540 boxes of food that will be delivered to senior citizens in our area.
Date Change - 6th grade Perot Museum trip now scheduled for April 12 and 13, due to museum and bus availability. Our students have done a great job with benchmark testing this week. Using this data, teachers and students will be working hard to prepare for our upcoming STAAR Assessments. Please make sure your child is at school on time everyday, with their materials and ready to actively participate. Also, please review their data trackers and interactive notebooks each evening.

Moore Mustangs - Tomorrow we defend our UIL Academic Meet Championship! Participants may arrive at 8:30 am or 30 minutes before your event. Please enter through the cafeteria at Legacy High School. We will also host a credit recovery Saturday school at Moore from 7:00-11:00 am. We recommend attendance if you have missed 8 or more days of school this year. Have a great weekend!

State Bound in Science!
Four Moore students have advanced to the state science fair at Texas A&M by placing in the top two in their categories at the Kilgore Regional science fair today!

Tyler Legacy cheer tryouts meeting has been rescheduled!!!
Moore Mustangs: Tyler ISD will release school early today by 30 minutes (3:15 @ Moore MST) to allow our buses plenty of time to safely transport students home and get our drivers back to the parking lot while it is still light outside and before the next round of precipitation hits our area.
The after school program will still be held on campus. However, we encourage parents to pick up their children as soon as possible.
Games and practices are still occurring throughout the district. One Act Play rehearsal will be from 3:15-4:30. Stand by for communication directly from your child's activity or program.
