Tyler Legacy High School hosted an unforgettable Hispanic Heritage Night Celebration, filled with vibrant performances and cultural pride! 💃✨ Our amazing Southern Belle Drill Team officers and the talented Tyler Legacy Orchestra wowed the crowd with their performances. As well as a beautiful singing and dancing performance from student Fabiola Craballo! 🎶💃 📚🌎 Johanna Von Mayer and Isabella Valentin shared incredible presentations, highlighting the richness of Hispanic culture. Join us on the evening of October 23 from 5:00-7:00pm at our Career and Techonology Center for YOUR FUTURE IS NOW! This is a great opportunity for middle and high school students to see the variety of programming our district provides. We will have teachers and current students doing demonstrations and hands-on activities with attendees. It will be a great night! See you there!

Last night, our talented Legacy Band students took part in the All-Region Jazz Auditions, and we’re thrilled to share that they delivered outstanding auditions! We couldn’t be prouder of their hard work and dedication in preparing for this important event. This is a peer-to-peer movement where thousands of students from across the nation and world gather on their school's athletic field to share faith stories and challenge each other to apply the Bible as their 'game plan for life'. Let's CHEER for our Region Choir 2024 members, ALL of whom advance to Pre-Area auditions!!! Vera Banta, Caroline Roberts, Mayleigh Wickliffe, Maggie McGill, Kate Snarr, Erin Franklin, Levi Springer WOOOOOOO!! These singers competed against 5A and 6A schools from two different Regions to secure a spot in the East Texas Region Choir and advance to Round 2 of the All State Choir audition process! They prepared SIX college level songs (on top of their class choir music) and sight sang ACAPELLA (no accompaniment) a piece of music they had NEVER seen beforehand with only 30 seconds to study it...!
