Dixie Families:
We are saddened to learn of the death of one of our sweet second graders, Laiyah and we extend our heartfelt sympathy to her family. We encourage you to be prepared to offer support to your child during this time.
District and campus counselors will be on campus tomorrow and will continue to be available to support any student or staff member impacted by this tragic loss who is experiencing distress.
