We are excited that on January 15th we are going to celebrate our incredible success during the fall semester. This presentation will be available for parents both in person in the auditorium and/or digitally on our YouTube channel. In order to ensure safety of our students and community, those that elect to get a reservation for in-person will need to wear a mask at all times and us our reservation system to select seats. The program will automatically social distance cohorts of seat selections. This means we will have limited spaces to ensure this protocol.
You may make a reservation for your students ceremony at- https://caldwellartsacademy.brushfire.com/. The times for each group are:
8:15-9:15 K and 1st
10:00-11:00 2nd and 3rd grade
1:45-2:45 4th and 5th
2:45-3:45 Middle school
You must have your ticket/code to ensure your reserved seat. Caldwell can not guarantee seats available the day of due to social distancing.
