Legacy football players sitting with two elementary age children in front of a Christmas tree

It was a morning filled with food, fun, and athlete admiration at Clarkston Elementary School! On Tuesday, December 14, the Tyler Legacy Football Players arrived in the library with gifts galore for Clarkston students! Together at tables, they talked, laughed, and enjoyed each other's company. The highlight of the morning was presents being passed out to students.

Leading up to the event, a Christmas tree in the Legacy High hallway had ornaments with names of Clarkston students and their wishes for the holiday season. The team members selected an ornament and were responsible for getting the gifts on their own or teaming up with another athlete. These "ornaments" were created by eighteen students chosen by the counselor at Clarkston.  The Legacy football coaching staff were also on hand to help make it a special morning for everyone.
