Tyler ISD is proud to celebrate more than 1,200 graduating seniors as the Class of 2026 takes the stage May 14β16. Graduation ceremonies will honor students from RISE Academy, Early College High School, Tyler Legacy High School, and Tyler High School as they celebrate this milestone achievement and begin their next chapter.
Graduation Ceremonies
Thursday, May 14, 6:00 p.m. β RISE Academy
Thursday, May 14, 7:30 p.m. β Early College High School (ECHS)
Friday, May 15, 8:00 p.m. β Tyler High School
Saturday, May 16, 8:00 p.m. β Tyler Legacy High School
RISE Academy and Early College High School ceremonies will be held in the Tyler High School Varsity Gymnasium. Doors will open at 5:00 p.m. for RISE and at 7:00 p.m. for ECHS.
Tyler Legacy and Tyler High ceremonies will be held at CHRISTUS Trinity Mother Frances Rose Stadium. Gates will open at 6:30 p.m., and graduation will begin at 8:00 p.m. If inclement weather should occur, the ceremony will be delayed or possibly rescheduled for the following day. School administrators will message graduates and families directly with updated plans.
Both facilities are alcohol, tobacco, and vape-free zones. Guests are welcome to take photos and record videos from their seats. To ensure an uninterrupted experience for all, mobile devices must be turned off during the ceremony. Each ceremony will air live on the Tyler ISD YouTube channel.
Tyler ISD Clear Bag Policy
Graduates and guests are reminded of the Tyler ISD Clear Bag Policy. Guests are encouraged NOT to bring bags of any type into the gymnasium or stadium, including camera and binocular bags. The following outlines bags that are permitted:
Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12"
One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (Ziploc bag or similar)
Small clutch bags, with or without a handle or strap, which do not exceed 4.5" x 6.5" (approximately the size of a hand)
An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at a gate designated for this purpose
Prohibited bags include, but are not limited to:
Purses larger than a clutch bag
Diaper bags - Items normally carried in a diaper bag must be put into a clear plastic bag
Cases (camera, binoculars, etc.)
Backpacks / Cinch Bags (includes clear backpacks/cinch bags)
Fanny packs
Reusable grocery totes
Mesh or straw bags
Duffle bags
Large totes
Attendees are not allowed to bring in noise makers, balloons, signs, drones, or firecrackers of any kind.
