Tyler High School honored three senior athletes as they pledged their letter of intent to play collegiate athletics on Friday afternoon. The signing ceremony took place in the varsity gymnasium in front of family, coaches, and teammates.

JaβLee Flores, Volleyball β Louisiana Christian University
Accolades: 2025 10-5A Newcomer of the Year, 350 career kills, 204 career digs
Tyler High Volleyball Head Coach Dawn Stewart: βJaβLee has been a special addition to our program. Despite only playing two seasons of high school volleyball, you would never know it by watching her on the court. She overcame adversity with determination and was a great teammate and highly coachable. She consistently put in the work, and her ability to score from anywhere on the court is something truly special to see. JaβLee set her sights on playing at the next level and achieved that goal through hard work and perseverance. Our program is incredibly proud of her and everything that she has earned.β

Eniyah Hanson, Girls Track and Field β Augustana College (IL)
Statistics: 400m dash: 1:00.63, 200m dash: 25.31, 100m dash: 12.50, Triple Jump: 35-7
Tyler High Girls Track Head Coach Torey Elder: βEniyah is a proven leader on her team, consistently demonstrating dedication and discipline. Beyond athletics, she is ranked 8th out of 497 students in her graduating class and successfully balances her responsibilities while maintaining a job outside of school. She is a great example of a student-athlete, and I hope for her continued success at the next level.β

Kaelyn McLean, Volleyball β Oklahoma Wesleyan University
Accolades: 2025 10-5A First Team All-District, 2024 First Team All-District
Tyler High Volleyball Head Coach Dawn Stewart: βKaelyn is a remarkable young woman who gives everything into anything she does. She embraced her role, leading in ways that donβt always show up on the stat sheet. She was a steady voice for our newcomers and their biggest cheerleader, making a lasting impact on our program. Her work ethic in the offseason showed so much about her character and commitment to growth. Through her dedication, she achieved her goals and earned the opportunity to continue her volleyball journey at the next level. We are incredibly proud of her.β
