Congratulations to our District Secondary Teacher of Month, Kristina Kohls, 7th grade Social Studies teacher and coach at Three Lakes Middle School.
Coach Kohls gives her all every day; not just to her profession, but to the people she serves. Her strong work ethic is evident in early mornings, late nights, and an uncompromised commitment to both her students and athletes. Whether she is lesson planning, staying late after school to provide extra support, or leading practices, she consistently goes above and beyond to help others grow academically and athletically.
Coach Kohls leads by example, showing up prepared, consistent, and passionate. She models the discipline and integrity she expects, pushing students and players to exceed their own expectations while always offering encouragement and support. She knows when to be firm, when to motivate, and when to simply be a steady, trusted presence.
