TOP (Tyler Optimal Performance) Teachers at TISD have met stringent criteria such as significant student growth, teacher attendance requirements, teacher observation success, and even high scores on student surveys. The Teacher Incentive Allotment is a crucial part of House Bill 3, dedicated to recruiting, supporting, and retaining highly effective teachers in Texas schools.
