Our library is getting festive for the Halloween season with our Storybook Pumpkin contest. We would love for all of our Wildcat families to join in on the fun!
Students choose a book they have read and decorate a pumpkin like one of the characters. Students may bring pumpkins to the library Monday, October 17 through Friday, October 21st. Pumpkins will be displayed through the week of Monday, October 24th through Friday, October 28th. Students will bring pumpkins home on Friday, October 28th. All remaining pumpkins will be discarded. Students and staff will vote for their favorites and winners will receive a prize!
Display Rules
• Pumpkins need to be a MINI pumpkin, no more than 6 inches tall.
• Artificial OR real pumpkins are permitted.
• Yarn, fabric scraps, paint, cardboard and stickers may be used to decorate.
• Please do not carve or puncture the pumpkin in any way.
• Pumpkins that begin to decay may have to be discarded.
