We are thrilled to announce Tyler Legacy's Staff of the Month for October is Mrs. Kailee Frost!
Lets get to know her a little bit!
What subject(s) do you teach? I teach Environmental Systems.
Any school clubs your sponsor or teams you coach? I am a co-coach for the UIL Science Team
How long have you been teaching? This is my 2nd year teaching and 1st year at Legacy.
What is your favorite thing about Legacy? What I love most about Legacy is easily the students and the incredible energy in the building. From day one, the kids have been respectful, funny, and always up for whatever challenge we tackle in class. On top of that, the administration and my science department have been so welcoming and helpful as I settle in. I really enjoy cheering our students on at events and seeing how much pride they take in our school, and I'm just super grateful to work somewhere where both teachers and students are so supported and celebrated!
Fun Facts? I'm running a half-marathon in the Grand Tetons in June, I love traveling, and I have a 2-year-old son named Brooks.
Congratulations Mrs. Frost! We are so happy you joined the raider family!
Thank you to our community partners for providing meals and other goodies for our staff of the month winners: Whataburger, Raising Cane's, Crumbl, and Dairy Queen.
