We had an incredible Career Day for our 3rd–5th graders! A big thank you to our amazing speakers, including Dr. Kimberly Hardy—children’s author, book 📖 educator, and mental health advocate—our very own Dr. NaTasha Crain 👩🏽🎓, now Assistant Superintendent for Marshall ISD, and Deborah Jones, who gave a dynamic presentation on real estate 🏡 . We also welcomed Deanna Giles from KLTV East Texas News 🎤and several other inspiring professionals. Our students were encouraged and empowered by your words and wisdom!
Our Jaguars day was filled with learning and experiencing different career paths. We are thankful for the many volunteers that helped make Career Day a success.

Tomorrow is the Reading State STAAR test for 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade.
Please ensure that students arrive by 7:30 to allow students plenty of time to eat. Students should also get a good night's sleep. Our campus will be shutdown to ensure a quiet testing environment.
