Parents, just a reminder that our 20 for 20 reading challenge is open through December 2nd. Families are challenged to read together for 20 minutes over the course of 20 days. You can log your progress digitally at https://bit.ly/jones20for20 or by clicking the 20 for 20 button on our website. You can also track it on the paper log that went home last month. All students who complete the challenge will win a free ice cream from DQ and your family will be entered to win a Lego set.

This week in our Jones Library Media Center, students are preparing for Veterans Day. 🇺🇸🎖 We are reading The Wall by Eve Bunting, a story about the Vietnam Memorial, and making thank you cards for veterans. Students got to try imprint rubbing with leaves like the family in the story did with the wall.

Our Jones Jaguars are unlocking their love of reading and earning yummy treats from our community partner, Braums! Congrats to 5th Grader, Caysen Fields, for earning a free kids meal today. 🍔🍟🥤
