On Tuesday, the 3rd, our 4th graders will be taking a Stand Alone Field STAAR Test for Reading. Our campus will be closed to visitors this day.

Just a few reminders about Friday's holiday parties:
1. To skip the line and have your visitor badge printed prior to arrival, please fill out the link below. Pre-registration will close tomorrow, 12/17 at 3:00. https://forms.gle/RE2jWB4Gy8A7kK6o9
2. All snacks must be delivered by Thursday, 12/18, so that staff can check for allergies. Snacks delivered on Friday will be turned away.
3. Students may not attend other siblings' holiday parties, once checked out from a teacher, the student must leave campus.
4. Students may be signed out with their homeroom teacher with a Jones car tag. If you do not have a car tag, please go to the front office and your child will be called down once signed out.

Just a reminder that early release is this Friday:
Car Riders will start dismissing at 12:30.
There will be no Mentoring Alliance after school on Friday.
Buses should arrive around 12:50 to pick up students.
If your child is a daycare student, please make sure to notify your daycare of the early dismissal.

We are excited to share our holiday party schedule! Please take a moment to review the celebration time for your childβs grade level:
PK/Head Start/5th: 9:00β9:30
Kinder/1st Grade: 9:35β10:05
2nd Grade: 10:10β10:40
3rd/4th Grade: 10:45β11:15
Families are welcome to check students out after their party using a car tag. Please note that students will need to leave campus once checked out. To help keep each event running smoothly and enjoyable for all students, siblings will only be able to attend their own grade-level party.
Teachers have also sent home information regarding approved snacks. To ensure the safety of all studentsβespecially those with allergiesβplease send any items by December 18th so they can be checked in advance. We will not be able to accept snacks on the 19th.
To make your visit quick and easy, we encourage you to skip the line and pre-register using the link below! Your visitor badge will be printed ahead of time and ready for pickup at the front entrance.

We are so excited for our Jones Elementary Christmas Program on Thursday, December 11th! Please have your child in the gym by 4:30 PM so that we can get everyone lined up and ready. The performance will begin at 5:00 PM.
Students are encouraged to wear Christmas PJs, regular PJs. or festive Christmas clothing to help us celebrate the season.
