Jones Elementary hosts a Super Bowl Event focusing on Big Game football AND Math Literacy. Whether students are rooting for the Eagles or the Chiefs, working together resulted in big wins for all.

Special guest high school and college students helped the students make their way through an obstacle course in the gymnasium.

In the classrooms, students mastered math challenges and math games by grade level took place in the cafeteria. Jones Leadership strategically planned on the early release day before Winter Break to allow more students to participate and have something to do on a shorter school day that is still curriculum guided.

Parents were welcomed and encouraged to attend, and staff served a tailgating experience at the snack concession with sweet treats, nachos, and more!

Young fans wore their best gear and used a prediction board to guess who would win the final game of the NFL season!
