πOur Dragons are finishing the year strong! We were able to celebrate all of their hard work, growth, and determination they showed this year yesterday at our Nine Weeks Celebration. πππ

Earlier this week, our third graders had the B E S T Farm day with our friends from the East Texas State Fair! They got to visit with animals and experience life on the farm with interactive stations and presentations.







We are so PROUD of this 4th grade dragon! She shows leadership, kindness, and hard work each day. Keep shining and making us proud!!

Our fifth graders really SHOWED OUT today!! They SHINED with incredible school spirit, sportsmanship, behavior, and performance! We are so incredibly PROUD of them!










Our teachers have been so LOVED this week!!
Specials thanks to Texas Roadhouse for donating rolls and McAlister's for donating tea to go with our baked potato bar, Sonic on the West Loop for donating breakfast burritos, Walmart on 64 for a bagel spread along with fruit and veggie trays, and Sister to Sister cookies for donating some of their delicious cookies!
We have one more treat for our teachers to look forward to tomorrow!

While our community has been participating in local elections, our 4th grade students got to experience the democratic process by researching school initiatives and candidates and voting for who best aligned with them! We love the real world application!
