Seniors in the Practicum in Human Services class attended Mosaic Counseling's annual "Peace of Mind" conference last week, where they were able to hear speakers on a variety of mental health topics, and meet and talk with representatives from local non-profit and mental health agencies. Keynote speaker, Dr. Kristin Neff, , who pioneered the field more than 20 years ago and has been recognized as one of the most influential researchers in psychology worldwide.
