students in costumes

On Friday we kicked off our ABC Countdown to the last day of school with one of our favorite traditionsβ€”the Drive-Thru Alphabet Parade featuring our Pre-K and Kindergarten students. We invited families to drive through our front driveway to enjoy the parade, giving them a front-row seat to all the creativity and excitement. Each student was assigned a letter of the alphabet and worked with their families to create costumes to represent their letter, bringing everything from astronauts to zebras to life.

After the drive-thru parade, our students continued the celebration inside by parading through the school halls, proudly showing off their costumes to staff and classmates. It was a joyful moment for everyone and a great way for our youngest learners to shine. More importantly, it provided a meaningful opportunity for students to review and reinforce their letter knowledge in a fun, hands-on way.

We believe the final days before summer break should be filled with engaging and memorable learning experiences. The Alphabet Parade is a perfect example of how we make learning fun while continuing to build strong academic foundations. It’s a celebration of growth, creativity, and the excitement of learning that carries us all the way to the last day of school.
