Today our campus held its Leader Assemblies, celebrating student achievement and growth across a variety of areas. Students were recognized for perfect attendance, A Honor Roll, and A/B Honor Roll, as well as those who placed in a local art contest and the previous weekend’s academic UIL meet. In addition, Students of the Month for January, February, and March were honored, along with top readers from the Read-a-thon fundraiser by grade level. Families were invited to attend, creating a special opportunity to celebrate these accomplishments together.

During the assemblies, Principal Mrs. Cureton shared valuable tips, reminders, and encouragement with both students and parents on how to be successful in school and what it takes to earn Student of the Month. The celebrations ended on a fun and engaging note, with students participating in an egg walk and a blindfold football throwing contest, leaving everyone with lasting memories of both achievement and joy.
