Containers are located in the library. Each penny counts as one positive point for YOUR grade. Each silver coin counts as negative points for OTHER grades. In other words, dropping a quarter in another grade's bucket takes 25 points from their total. The same thing goes for bills. At the end of the day on April 1, all change/points will be tallied and the grade level with the most points will win a nacho party. Put your spare change toward a great cause. All proceeds from our penny war fundraiser will go to support the Bonner Library Media Center. Pennies are "positive". Here's how it works: Start saving your change- it can make a big difference! Pennies earn points for your grade level, but put all other forms of money in other grade levels' buckets to steal their points! The Penny War will be happening from March 22-April 1.
