What an absolutely unforgettable day it was at Camp Tyler as our amazing third graders stepped into a world of hands-on learning and outdoor adventure! From the moment students arrived, excitement filled the air as they explored how animals survive and thrive through incredible adaptations found in nature.

One of the highlights of the trip was examining real animal skulls. Students carefully observed teeth shapes, eye placement, and bone structure to discover how predators and prey differ. These up-close investigations helped learners make meaningful connections between physical traits and animal behavior, bringing science concepts to life in an engaging and memorable way.

The fun continued by the water, where many students experienced fishing for the first time. With guidance from staff and chaperones, students practiced patience, followed safety rules, and proudly celebrated each catch. Laughter and cheers echoed along the shoreline as confidence grew with every attempt.
