Our Book Fair kicks off tomorrow! It will be all week in the libary during school hours. Please joing us for our 4th annual BLT (Booked Lunch Together) and support our school. We will also be open during open house this Thursday evening from 5:00-6:30.
Start with Hello week begins September 18-22. Participate in Sandy Hook Promise’s national campaign to celebrate kindness, connection, inclusion, empathy, and belonging.
Monday: Hello, Hola & Aloha Day- Create Ohana in the school by dressing in Hawaiian colors. Greet everyone with a Hello, High-Five, or handshake. Ohana means family. Help build our family at Bell Elementary.
Tuesday: Encouragement Tuesday- be an upstander by encouraging everyone.
Use kind words all day and give someone a compliment.
Wednesday: Learn New Names WEDNESDAY-Learn the names of new students and learn something about them. Show kindness to others.
Thursday: Look for Ways To Help THURSDAY- look for ways to help at school and home. Help someone in class and make a new friend.
Friday: Own It FRI-YAY-Make a pledge to keep the “Start with Hello” spirit going throughout the year.
