For just $5, we will wish your student a Happy Birthday on our digital marquee. All requests must be received the Thursday prior to the student’s birthday. Payment of $5 must be received along with the request. (Cash or check made out to Andy Woods PTA). Turn these into Mrs. Frazier at the front office. You may also pick up extra forms in the front office at any time.
