Each May, the Tyler ISD Foundation proudly honors the outstanding academic achievements of the top 20 graduates from Tyler High School and Tyler Legacy High School, along with the top five graduates from Early College High School, during its annual academic excellence celebration, A Night of Shining Stars.
As part of this special tradition, each student is invited to select an educator who has made a lasting and meaningful impact on their educational journey. These distinguished educators are recognized alongside the students during the celebration.
