Tyler, TX – On November 18, the Tyler ISD Foundation’s The Big Easy Gala will celebrate its long history of inspiring students and supporting teachers to achieve their dreams and recognize those who've joined in that work, with the presentation of the Tab & Bonnie Beall Impact Award.
This special celebration, led by Gala Chair Stephanie Taylor, will be a beautiful night in the Big Easy to enjoy New Orleans-inspired music, dinner, cocktails, an auction, and more while supporting the Foundation's mission. The Gala committee volunteers are passionate about raising the funds needed to make a difference in the lives of the children in our district for many years to come.
Stephanie believes “Tyler ISD is a unique community, focused on successful student outcomes and meeting the needs of our ever-changing world. Every year, this event makes a difference, and we are thrilled to be part of it! We are excited to bring the community together for this evening of fun and a few surprises. We know that together, we can raise funds to allow expanded educational opportunities for the students in Tyler ISD.”
The Tyler ISD Foundation is the non-profit, philanthropic partner of Tyler ISD, providing resources to inspire learning, enrich teaching, and enhance opportunities for our students through exemplary programs and scholarships. Since its creation in 1990, the Foundation has donated more than $3.6 million to the district. Tyler ISD Foundation is an independent 501(c)3 organization; all donations are tax-deductible.
