TJC Promise Signing Ceremony

The TJC Promise is an earned scholarship for eligible high school students within the TJC tax district. Students, along with their parent or guardian, must sign up during the fall semester of their freshman year in high school. Beginning with the graduating class of 2020, qualifying high school students can receive up to two years of tuition and fees at TJC. Students earn the TJC Promise scholarship by meeting certain requirements during their high school years.

Storybook Pumpkin Decorating Contest

Students may enter a pumpkin decorated to represent a storybook character from a children’s book.

Students will celebrate being drug free with a variety of activities and the following dress up days:
Monday -  Proud to be Drug Free: Wear Red to begin Red Ribbon Week
Tuesday -  Sock it to Drugs: Wear crazy socks
Wednesday -  Don't Hide from Being Drug Free: Wear Camouflage
Thursday -  Send a Message: Be Drug Free!: Vocabulary Parade (1:30-2:30)
Friday -  Team up Against Drugs: Wear your favorite team jersey/shirt

Students design pumpkins using creativity and collaboration from home. Various designs have been dropped off, a way to engaged our Patriots at home as well and encourage creativity and design.

Kindergarten Field Trip to Moore Farms

Moore Farms

Kindergarten students will visit Moore Farms Pumpkin Patch to reinforce science skills.

Hispanic Night

New JT Gym

Hispanic Night is a new event where students and staff from the campus will represent their cultures in different ways. The winner of the month long art competition will be announced. Students have prepared songs and dances from different cultures and countries to perform at the event. Students will dress in clothes original from their country of origin.

Best Buddies Trunk or Treat

6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
REL "A" Parking Lot

REL Best Buddies will host a district-wide Trunk-n-Treat at Robert E. Lee High School. The event will be sensory friendly and fully wheelchair accessible. The goal is to provide our local special education community with a fun, safe environment for students and families to trick or treat together.
