The Public Education Information Management System (PEIMS) department is responsible for all data requested and received by TEA about public education, including student demographic and academic performance, personnel, financial, and organizational information.
TREx, the Texas Records Exchange System, enables electronic transfers of students records and transcripts to other districts or institutions of higher education.
The PEIMS department is part of the Management Information Systems department of Tyler ISD. The mission of the Tyler ISD Management Information Services department is to equip and support our staff and students with the technology and information needed to achieve excellence.
